Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM)

SERO supports effective coordination and management of displacement sites to improve living conditions and access to services for internally displaced persons (IDPs). Our CCCM approach is community-centered, inclusive, and aligned with national and cluster coordination mechanisms.

Our CCCM activities include:

  • Supporting community engagement and participation through collaboration with camp committees, community leaders, and service users.
  • Conducting site monitoring and service mapping to identify gaps, risks, and priority needs within displacement sites.
  • Facilitating information sharing with IDP communities on available services, assistance, and key messages.
  • Supporting coordination between service providers, local authorities, and humanitarian partners to improve service delivery.
  • Promoting safe, inclusive, and dignified access to services, with attention to women, children, elderly persons, and persons with disabilities.
  • Supporting complaints and feedback mechanisms to strengthen accountability to affected populations.
